# Flexter Modules

> When you install Flexter, the following modules are installed as command line tools, plus the Flexter UI.

- [flexchma](/flexter/master/docs/flexter-modules/flexchma/): This module is used to install and upgrade the flexter metadata database. It's based on [Liquibase](https://www.liquibase.org/) database version control tool.
- [flexter-ui](/flexter/master/docs/flexter-modules/flexter-ui/): This module is used as a graphical user interface to show the jobs, diagrams and schema lineage, offering extra visual functionality.
- [download.sh](/flexter/master/docs/flexter-modules/download-sh/): This module is used to download spark and its dependencies. It comes with xml2er, json2er or merge2er modules.
